We ship Worldwide and where possible. We make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly and safely as possible. We understand many of the items ordered on our website are purchased as presents and need to arrive by a particular date.  In order to help make sure your order arrives on time we have provided a number of delivery options depending on where in the world you live.

Order Processing

We aim to process your order within 72 hours of payment received , or if placed on a weekend or on a bank holiday, the very next working business day. You can find out the status of your order by visiting your account dashboard within the ‘My Account’ section.

Dispatch

Once your order has been lovingly picked and packed, it will be marked for dispatch. You’ll be emailed a dispatch notification that will contain details of delivery. If you’ve paid for a delivery option that includes tracking details, you will also be emailed with tracking details for your delivery. You will also be able to view the status of your order, including tracking information (where selected) directly from your ‘My Account’ section.

Delivery Options

1,Standard delivery items are sent using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is not trackble once left China .
Delivery time normally need 30-60 days to  the world ,to Brazil and Mexico maybe longer to 90-120 days .

2,China Registered Air Mail can be tracked all the time except Canada & Australia

3,E-packet is a more faster and safer way.
Only 7-15 work days to most countries 

The other choices are EMS ,DHL ,FEDEX ,UPS and so on .based on your order amount and requirement .
